Responsibilities
Deliver research and technical leadership across the eBeam technology roadmap and development lifecycle.
- Develop concepts and scientific foundations for next‑generation eBeam systems.
- Perform advanced simulation and mathematical modelling of electron optics and system performance.
- Integrate emerging technologies to improve product performance.
- Plan and conduct feasibility studies, prototypes, lab and cleanroom experiments.
- Lead cross‑functional development projects and coordinate external collaborations with industry and academia.

- Promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing across international, multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements

- Proven track record in complex system development from design through prototyping and testing.
