Role Summary

Join NVIDIA's Networking Silicon Interposer team in Yokneam to lead physical implementation and integration of advanced VLSI designs. The role focuses on interposer projects, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering physical design results at advanced process nodes.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The posting requests 5+ years of VLSI development experience with a strong emphasis on physical design and backend/chip integration.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead physical implementation and chip integration for complex VLSI designs, including interposer projects.
• Own project execution: define schedules, track milestones, manage workflows, and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Front-End, Back-End, and Packaging teams to define project scope and POR.
• Troubleshoot physical-design issues and contribute to flow, methodology and automation development using EDA tools.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• 5+ years of VLSI development experience with a strong focus on physical design, backend, or chip integration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with exceptional attention to detail and strong program-management skills.
• Proactive, independent, self-starting attitude and ability to drive technical efforts to completion.
• Familiarity with physical design methodologies, flows, and commercial EDA tools.
• Proven ability to learn new, highly complex technical areas rapidly.
• Nice-to-have: scripting and coding skills for automation and flow development.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
