Job Title

Senior Networking IC Test Engineering Program Manager

Role Summary

The Senior Networking IC Test Engineering Program Manager owns release planning and execution infrastructure for IC ATE test programs across NVIDIA Networking products. This role drives NPI test readiness, maps test readiness dependencies to test content, maintains release dashboards, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical risks.

Experience Level

Senior-level. The posting specifies 5+ years of relevant experience in NPI execution, production release processes, test readiness, or silicon bring-up flows.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of IC ATE test program releases and enable test teams to focus on quality, coverage, and debug.

  • Own release planning for IC ATE test programs: milestones, dependencies, risks, and release criteria.
  • Build and maintain release dashboards showing readiness, blockers, TRD mapping, coverage gaps, and ownership.
  • Define and drive test engineering readiness plans from early development through production release.
  • Coordinate TRD mapping to test content; ensure requirements are tracked, reviewed, and reflected in release decisions.
  • Establish release operating model: gates, checklists, approval flows, and escalation paths.
  • Partner with test engineers, product engineering, silicon/platform teams, operations, and release stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Standardize release documentation, handoff packages, training materials, and post-release lessons learned.

Requirements

Key qualifications and skills required to perform the role.

  • Strong technical background in semiconductor test engineering, validation, product engineering, or test engineering program development.
  • Minimum ~5 years experience with NPI execution, production release processes, test readiness, or silicon bring-up flows.
  • Familiarity with test program structure, test limits, coverage, characterization, release criteria, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Program management skills: planning, dependency tracking, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution.
  • Ability to translate technical engineering status into clear release decisions and management-level dashboards.
  • Proven leadership or managerial experience driving cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience producing Confluence documentation, dashboards, and training materials.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. No specific field of study was mandated in the posting.
