Senior Network Architect, Advanced Packaging
Role Summary
Design advanced packaging solutions for next-generation InfiniBand, NVL, and Ethernet switches used in high-performance and AI compute clusters. Work with architecture, logic build, system, and hardware teams to define, integrate, and deliver large-radix switch platforms.
Experience Level
Senior-level — minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Advanced Packaging.
Responsibilities
Architect and drive packaging solutions from concept through implementation while coordinating across multiple engineering teams.
- Collaborate with architecture, logic build, system, and hardware teams to define and optimize packaging solutions.
- Design and architect advanced packaging for switch systems supporting InfiniBand, NVL, and Ethernet.
- Analyze integration options and determine the best approaches for system-level solutions.
- Lead project execution to meet performance, quality, and schedule targets.
- Ensure build quality and enforce attention to manufacturing and assembly details.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Advanced Packaging.
- Deep understanding of building and integrating systems composed of multiple technology components.
- Proficiency in system-level high-speed connectivity and its packaging implications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to build quality.
Education Requirements
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
