Senior Memory System Architect
The Senior Memory System Architect will define and advance memory system architecture and micro-architecture across NVIDIA SoCs used in AI, autonomous vehicles, robotics, mobile, server, and gaming products. The role focuses on optimizing performance, power, area, and complexity through modeling, simulation, analysis, and design trade-offs.
Senior β typically requires 3+ years of experience in SoC or memory system architecture and performance engineering.
