Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Lead verification of full-chip gate-level custom memory designs and provide end-to-end analysis for products using advanced low-power and power-management techniques across DDR5/LPDDR5/DDR6/LPDDR6 families operating up to 9600MT/s. Collaborate with global design and verification teams to develop verification methodology, flows, and environments.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include planning and executing verification activities, debugging pre-silicon designs, and improving verification coverage and flows.
- Set direction and guide verification efforts within areas of expertise across projects.
- Provide verification support by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon full-chip designs.
- Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging memory architectures and features.
- Participate in development of verification methodology and environments for complex products.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification flows for challenging designs.
- Develop and maintain testbenches and test vectors; run regressions and perform coverage analysis.
- Identify verification problems suitable for AI-based automation and work with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable solutions.

- Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Exposure to gate-level simulations (with delays) and logic schematic analysis.
- Analytical capability for complex CMOS and/or gate-level circuit designs.
- Proficient with SPICE and Verilog simulations.
- Experience in DRAM, SRAM or other memory-related fields.
- Experience with Python scripting for automation and verification tasks.
- Experience in timing analysis (setup/hold and critical data-path timing analysis).
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve verification productivity, with emphasis on correctness, validation, and responsible use of enterprise-approved AI systems.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
