Senior Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Lead verification of full-chip memory designs (DRAM/LPDDR/DDR variants) including gate-level and low-power features. Drive verification strategy, coordinate with global design and verification teams, and ensure timely delivery of functionally accurate products.
Work involves end-to-end ownership of verification, developing testbenches and regression flows, and collaborating across international teams to adopt new verification methodologies.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Define and lead verification strategy and direction for assigned projects.
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip and gate-level designs.
- Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM, LPDDR, DDR5 and related architectures.
- Develop and maintain verification environments, testbenches, and regression suites (UVM, SystemVerilog).
- Collaborate with international teams to improve verification flows and methodologies.
- Perform coverage analysis and drive fixes and improvements.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes:
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Analytical capability for complex CMOS and gate-level circuit designs.
- Proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog and simulation tools; experience with SPICE or equivalent circuit simulators.
- Experience with UVM testbenches and developing verification environments.
- Experience in DRAM, SRAM, or other memory design/verification.
- Ability to develop test vectors, run regressions, and perform coverage-driven verification.
Nice-to-have:
- PLI coding experience.
- Experience with AMS verification and co-simulation.
- Familiarity with AI-based automation for verification flows.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field required.
