Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include design, implementation, and technical leadership for RTL synthesis functionality.
- Design and develop RTL synthesis features, logic optimizations, and power synthesis components in C++.
- Own technical modules end-to-end and drive them to production-quality delivery.
- Guide and lead team members to achieve project milestones and successful releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to integrate components and ensure product quality.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience required for the role.
- 1–5 years of software development experience.
- Strong C/C++ skills and solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience mentoring or guiding others toward project completion.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, Tcl) is useful.
- Nice-to-have: exposure to RTL synthesis concepts, RTL & gate-level optimizations, parallel algorithms and job distribution.
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of SystemVerilog, VHDL, UPF, DFT, formal verification, or dynamic power analysis.
Education Requirements
B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a reputed engineering college (as listed in the source).
