Role Summary

Lead a global applications organization responsible for technical enablement and customer success for Analog Devices' Battery Management Systems (BMS) products. The team drives deep technical engagement with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and energy-storage customers to enable evaluation, integration, and launch of ADI BMS solutions.

Focus areas include customer-facing technical support, product feedback to influence roadmaps, and scaling tools and processes for repeatable customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage development of reference designs, evaluation platforms, demos, and application collateral.
  • Ensure robust validation strategies, system-level testing, and data-driven analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools, documentation, and customer-enablement assets for scalability.
  • Provide structured feedback loops to product development, quality, and roadmap planning.
  • Support development of system models, algorithms, and performance-evaluation tools.

Requirements

  • Technical breadth across semiconductors, hardware, embedded software, algorithms, and customer applications.

  • Passion for developing people, improving processes, and driving customer success.
  • Familiarity with validation strategies, system-level testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Education Requirements

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (as stated in the posting).
