Position combines deep hands-on technical work (firmware development, RTL waveform analysis, silicon bring-up) with team leadership and cross-functional coordination across systems, analog, digital, verification, and lab teams.
Experience Level
Senior - 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Primary duties include developing firmware, debugging with RTL/waveforms, and leading integration and verification efforts.
- Develop firmware for next‑generation PAM4 Serdes supporting protocols such as PCIe and Ethernet.
- Collaborate with systems, analog, digital, verification, and lab teams during development, integration, and silicon bring‑up.
- Analyze RTL waveforms to debug firmware and optimize algorithms with system designers.
- Support, enhance, and document existing firmware applications and features.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure and tools for firmware application development.
- Diagnose customer firmware failures and provide technical support for customer integrations.
- Drive improvements in firmware design methodologies, verification, and documentation across the organization.
