Senior Manager / Manager - Memory Circuit Design
Role Summary
Lead and direct verification for advanced DRAM and emerging memory product designs, overseeing end-to-end verification of full-chip gate-level and low-power features. Manage a distributed team, collaborate with design engineers, and ensure functional correctness and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include setting technical direction, developing verification methodology, and delivering verification for memory products.
- Define and lead verification strategy and scope for projects.
- Develop verification methodologies and environments for DRAM and advanced memory products.
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs, including gate-level and low-power features.
- Create test cases, stimuli, test benches, and run regressions for coverage improvement.
- Lead cross-site technical efforts, forums, and development meetings to establish best practices.
- Advise senior management on significant technical issues.
- Drive team execution and mentor engineers to meet project milestones.
Requirements

Must-have:
- Proven experience driving and guiding engineering teams to deliver complex DRAM or memory projects.
- Strong analytical skills for CMOS and gate-level circuit analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SPICE and Verilog simulations.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with verification flow: testbench development, stimulus generation, regressions, and coverage analysis.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with SystemVerilog, PLI, and UVM testbenches.
- Experience in DRAM, SRAM, AMS verification, and co-simulation.
- Recognized expertise in one or more verification domains.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools or generative AI for engineering workflows.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field is required; the posting specifies 12+ years of relevant experience.
