Senior Manager, IP Management
Role Summary
Manage third-party IP (TPIP) delivery and lifecycle across Arm programmes, coordinating vendors, procurement, engineering and programme teams to ensure timely delivery, compliance readiness and risk mitigation.
Role sits on the IP Management team, tracking vendor commitments, driving issue resolution, and improving TPIP processes and reporting. Salary range: $214,200β$289,800 per year.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include coordinating TPIP activities, maintaining accurate delivery information, identifying risks early, and supporting leadership reporting.
- Coordinate third-party IP delivery and lifecycle activities across programmes, providing visibility of readiness, progress, risks and dependencies.
- Maintain accurate TPIP information: ownership, need-by dates, procurement readiness, vendor commitments and delivery status.
- Coordinate handoffs between IP selection, procurement, delivery, technical owners, Procurement, Quality, Legal, Finance and vendors.
- Track vendor commitments, schedule changes and recovery plans; identify risks and drive resolution.
- Support TPIP programme reviews and leadership reporting with clear, evidence-based information.
- Coordinate Continue / Hold / Cancel / Revalidate decisions when scope, schedule or vendor commitments change.
- Drive continuous improvement in TPIP lifecycle processes, reporting, tools and ways of working.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience for this role.
- Programme, project or delivery management experience within semiconductors, silicon IP, SoC development, or a comparable complex technology environment.
- Experience working with suppliers or technology vendors, including managing delivery commitments, issue resolution and recovery planning.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams to lead schedules, risks, dependencies and delivery priorities.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills; able to work with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of technology or IP lifecycle management, procurement readiness and delivery tracking, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
Nice-to-have: semiconductor IP selection/procurement/integration experience, familiarity with IP vendors or EDA companies, Jira or similar workflow tools, and experience with reporting, dashboards or workflow automation.
