Responsibilities
Key responsibilities focus on technical customer engagement, cross-functional integration, and driving problem resolution.
- Understand customer system architectures, application requirements, and integration challenges.
- Translate customer technical needs into actionable requirements for internal design, product engineering, and manufacturing (front-end and back-end).
- Provide technical mentorship on HBM architecture, signal integrity, thermal solutions, and packaging strategies.
- Participate in design reviews, failure analysis, debug sessions, and yield-improvement initiatives tied to customer requirements.
- Lead root-cause analysis for integration issues and propose design or process optimizations.
- Collaborate across product development, process engineering, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Drive strategy, development, deployment, and adoption of engineering capabilities powered by intelligent technology to accelerate validation, debug, characterization, and customer enablement workflows.
