Role Summary

Lead design and delivery of digital functions for IPs, subsystems, or ICs within wireless/communication ASIC development. Accountable for design, verification, evaluation, and silicon validation support across the ASIC lifecycle.

Responsibilities

The role covers architecture-to-silicon responsibilities for digital blocks and chip-level integration.

• Define and implement digital functions for IP, subsystem, or IC level according to specifications.
• Perform RTL design and verification; evaluate design quality and reliability.
• Support synthesis, timing closure, DFT, backend handoff and silicon bring-up.
• Provide silicon validation and debug support during bring-up and post-silicon testing.
• Author and maintain design-specific documentation for internal and external use.
• Participate in cross-domain problem solving for digital and system issues.

Core technical skills and domain experience required for successful performance in the role.

• Must-have: Hands-on ASIC digital design experience covering RTL coding, verification, synthesis, timing closure, DFT, backend support and silicon bring-up.
• Must-have: Experience with wireless or communication ASIC development and silicon validation support.
• Must-have: Ability to produce clear design documentation and participate in system-level problem solving.
• Nice-to-have: Experience leading design teams, subsystem or SoC integration, and familiarity with industry verification methodologies and EDA tool flows.
