Senior Hardware Security Architect
Role Summary
Lead architecture work for security engines and secure-boot flows within NVIDIA's new Israel group, delivering security IP and RISC-V processor integration for NVIDIA product lines. Collaborate with security architects, RTL designers, verification engineers and software/firmware teams to define and deliver secure ASIC designs.
Experience Level
Senior-level. Requires at least 10 years of relevant experience in ASIC design, microarchitecture and architecture, specifically in crypto engines and root-of-trust implementations.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Define architecture and produce clear specifications for security engines and secure-boot flows.
- Collaborate with RTL and verification teams to ensure implementations meet specifications and security requirements.
- Drive delivery of designs that meet NVIDIA and customer security standards.
- Coordinate across ASIC design, firmware and software teams to integrate security IP and RISC-V processor elements.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in ASIC design, microarchitecture and architecture for crypto engines and root-of-trust features.
- Proven experience working with RTL and verification teams to realize architecture into silicon designs.
- System-level understanding and demonstrated ability to work across ASIC, firmware and software teams.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with security IP and RISC-V processor integration is strongly preferred.
Education Requirements
