Senior Hardware Program Manager
Role Summary
Program manager for hardware R&D within NVIDIA's networking organization, responsible for planning, scheduling, and driving execution of hardware projects across engineering, marketing, and operations.
Works with cross-functional teams to align projects with corporate priorities, implement HW project-management processes, and ensure on-time delivery of network products.
Experience Level
Senior. Requires at least 5 years of experience in hardware program management.
Responsibilities
Drive program execution from requirements through delivery and coordinate all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, operations) to define requirements and delivery schedules.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies to meet company commitments.
- Develop and implement hardware project-management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Work with project managers and engineering leads to ensure alignment with product strategy and corporate goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide program-level reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills for successful performance in the role.
- At least 5 years of experience in hardware program management.
- Strong program-management skills and familiarity with project-management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Personal skills: team player, independent, responsible, able to multi-task, drive people and tasks, leadership qualities.
Nice-to-have:

Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering (specified in the posting).
