Senior Hardware Engineer - Micro-Architect
As a senior member of the chip design team, you will define microarchitecture and implement RTL for a general-purpose neural processing unit (GPNPU), optimize power/performance/area, and drive designs through the full product cycle from front-end to tapeout. The team is based in Burlingame and regular in-office collaboration is expected.
Senior — minimum 5 years of CPU/GPU/ASIC front-end design experience.
Primary responsibilities include architecture definition, RTL implementation, and PPA and timing optimization across the full product cycle.
Required technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.
Nice-to-have:
BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or related technical field). The posting specifies a minimum of five years of CPU/GPU/ASIC front-end design experience.
