Senior Fullstack Software Engineer
Role Summary
Work on infrastructure tools used by design engineers to build and verify architectural, RTL, and gate-level designs. The team delivers reliable, scalable web applications and backend services that automate and streamline chip design and verification workflows.
This role focuses on developing backend services and frontend web tools to improve engineering productivity across architecture, hardware and software teams.
Experience Level
Senior — typically 6+ years of software development experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include designing, implementing, and supporting full‑stack web applications and backend services used by engineering teams worldwide.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs (high performance and scalable).
- Develop frontend web applications using TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Build tools to manage hardware-level product definitions and engineering workflows.
- Research and prototype software solutions to improve design and verification efficiency.
- Optimize daily workflows for chip modelers and designers and support global users.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and operational support.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, experience, and attributes.
- Strong experience with Golang and Unix/Linux environments.
- Proven knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript for web development.
- In-depth understanding of database concepts and object modeling.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, computer architecture, and computer science fundamentals.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Ability to work across global teams and adapt to different frameworks and requirements.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (container orchestration).
- Familiarity with Ruby.
- Ability to read and understand C++ (including Modern C++).
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
