Senior FPGA Design Engineer / Hardware Engineer

Role Summary

Design and deliver high-performance FPGA systems to reduce latency, increase throughput, and improve robustness for electronic trading platforms. You will work closely with traders and software engineers on greenfield and maintenance projects that support global trading operations.

Responsibilities

Deliver FPGA-based hardware and verification for low-latency, high-throughput trading systems and support deployment across global operations.

  • Design and implement digital logic in SystemVerilog for FPGA targets.
  • Develop and maintain automated verification environments and testbenches.
  • Work with traders and technologists to translate requirements into hardware architectures optimized for latency, throughput, and reliability.
  • Implement HLS or DSP flows where appropriate and integrate IP blocks.
  • Manage source control, perform code reviews, and maintain design documentation.
  • Troubleshoot, profile, and optimize designs in lab and production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during deployment and support phases.
