Requirements
Mandatory skills and experience expected for immediate contribution; followed by useful additions.
- Must-have: Hands-on experience running and tuning AI training or inference workloads on GPUs; demonstrable work with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Must-have: Familiarity with AI repositories and benchmarks (e.g., Hugging Face, MLPerf) and ability to interpret performance differences.
- Must-have: Linux administration experience and knowledge of HPC/AI middleware setup.
- Must-have: Customer-facing experience, strong verbal and written technical communication skills, and ability to produce documentation and training materials.
- Must-have: Good English and willingness to travel 10β20% annually.
- Nice-to-have: MLops familiarity (KVM, Kubernetes, OpenStack, OpenShift) and system-level understanding of hardware impact on performance.
- Nice-to-have: Programming experience with HIP, CUDA, Python, C/C++, Fortran, OpenACC, OpenMP or similar.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with inter-node networking at scale, assembly inspection, memory/cache hierarchy analysis, or domain experience (automotive, finance, defense, enterprise).
- Nice-to-have: Government security clearance.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics). No explicit statement about equivalent experience was provided.
