Role Summary
Senior engineer responsible for mask/tapeout support within OCT CPEE Central. The role leads tapeout-related technical workstreams, supports fracture/OPC flows, and drives process and tool improvements across teams and sites.

Responsibilities
Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful mask/tapeout execution and continuous improvement of related flows and tools.
- Define reticle specifications in coordination with MTC for each node series.
- Ensure fracture teams apply correct methods and remediate misuse of techniques.
- Support tapeout teams in implementing new data-preparation and tapeout flows.
- Analyze and improve long-running fracture jobs that fail to meet performance goals.
- Fulfill internal reticle material requests using standard production flows.
- Troubleshoot CD metrology issues prior to OPC production handoff.
- Resolve integration issues using OPC procedures and identify recipe/process interactions.
- Provide actionable feedback to OPC management to improve flows and tools.
- Mentor peers and share hands-on knowledge beyond standard training.
- Deliver high-quality results on significant, high-impact projects and foster positive cross-team and supplier interactions.
- Identify safety hazards, follow PPE and chemical safety procedures, and maintain equipment and ergonomic work practices.
