The Senior Engineer will lead and execute mask tape-out, reticle specification, and OPC-related activities for advanced node series within the OCT CPEE Central team. The role supports fracture, tapeout, and metrology teams, drives process improvements, and mentors peers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities
Accountable for technical ownership of mask tape-out and associated data flows, troubleshooting, and cross-team transfer of processes.
- Define reticle specifications for node series in collaboration with MTC.
- Support tapeout teams in implementing and validating new data preparation flows.
- Review and remediate long-running fracture jobs and ensure correct fracture techniques are applied.
- Troubleshoot CD metrology issues prior to OPC production handoff.
- Resolve integration issues using OPC procedures and identify recipe/process interactions affecting results.
- Provide actionable feedback to OPC management for process and tool improvements.
- Fulfill internal reticle material requests using standard production flows.
- Mentor peers and share practical, hands-on knowledge beyond formal training.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce cost, rework, and cycle time while increasing throughput and quality.
- Follow and promote safety procedures and proper equipment operation.
