Senior Engineer, NVM QRA

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining NAND reliability and characterization test programs. Collaborate with Product Quality, Product Engineering, and Operations teams to evaluate NAND product reliability during new product development.

Support test execution, failure validation, burn-in board design, and associated software development.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include developing reliability stress methods, implementing test programs, and supporting validation and operations.

• Develop reliability stress and testing methodology for NAND products.
• Create and maintain NAND product reliability and characterization test programs.
• Define reliability test flows with product reliability engineers for individual products.
• Support operations to ensure seamless execution of test flows on testers with live product.
• Provide test-program support for failure validation and characterization.
• Contribute to burn-in board design and related software development.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; a few preferred items listed.

• Strong understanding of NAND flash memory reliability failure mechanisms and testing methodology.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment for reliability testing.
• Hands-on programming skills in C++ and Python; Object-Oriented Programming experience.
• Good analytical mindset and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward learning and development.
• Preferred: familiarity with Ambyx test systems and automated test frameworks.
• Preferred: experience applying AI tools to improve test program development.

Education Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred: Microelectronic, Electrical, or Computer Engineering). No alternative "equivalent experience" language was specified in the posting.
