Senior Engineer, NAND Wafer Level Reliability & Design
Role Summary
As a NAND Reliability Product Engineer at Micron's Fab 10N/X in Singapore, you will define and execute wafer-level reliability test flows, perform large-scale data analysis and electrical failure analysis, and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure product reliability and prevent escapes to customers. The role spans device physics, circuits, process technology, and product engineering with significant technical ownership.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess extrinsic and intrinsic reliability.
- Perform high-volume statistical data analysis to evaluate DPM and intrinsic reliability trends.
- Lead electrical failure analysis and advanced characterization to identify root causes and solution spaces.
- Develop countermeasures (targeted stresses and screens) and qualify control measures to improve DPM and cell reliability.
- Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to enable shipment of high-quality products.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and LLM insights responsibly to improve efficiency, quality, and analysis.
- Support customer inquiries by providing technical reliability insights.
- Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement for the reliability program.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes:
- Knowledge of semiconductor reliability, NAND technology, and electrical failure analysis.
- Understanding of device physics, circuits, and process interactions relevant to NAND Flash.
- Strong statistical analysis and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Tableau).
- Experience applying AI tools and large language models to research, analysis, or operational workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to drive production-ready solutions.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work hands-on with large datasets.
Education Requirements
