Role Summary
Senior engineer responsible for defining and executing NAND Flash reliability test flows, driving failure analysis and statistical assessment, and delivering control measures to meet product reliability and DPM targets. Works cross-functionally with fab, technology, design, product and quality teams to enable shipment of high-quality NAND products.

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include developing test flows, analysing reliability data, and delivering corrective and qualification measures.
- Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability and prevent escapes.
- Perform high-volume statistical analysis to evaluate DPM and intrinsic reliability trends and risks.
- Lead electrical failure analysis and advanced characterization to identify root causes and solution spaces.
- Develop short-term countermeasures (targeted stresses and screens) using knowledge of circuits, device physics, and process.
- Qualify products with control measures to achieve target DPM and cell reliability.
- Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to implement solutions.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency and effectiveness, following organizational standards.
- Support customer inquiries and provide technical reliability insights.
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the reliability program and influence future product development.
Requirements

Must-have:
- Experience in semiconductor reliability with a focus on NAND technology and electrical failure analysis.
- Strong capability in statistical and high-volume data analysis for reliability metrics.
- Understanding of device physics, circuits, process interactions, and design impacts on reliability.
- Practical experience with data analysis tools and scripting (examples in posting include Python).
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with AI/LLMs and AI-enabled tools applied to analysis or workflow improvements.
- Familiarity with tools such as JMP and Tableau for statistical reporting and visualization.
- Experience qualifying products and implementing screening/control measures for DPM improvement.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (as stated in the posting).
