Requirements

- Strong understanding of NAND device operation, reliability testing, and performance/reliability requirements.
- Experience designing process and device experiments and analyzing results using device-physics principles.
- Proven ability to extract and interpret inline, probe, parametric, and reliability data.
- Track record of driving process/device technology development to meet specifications within project timelines.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across design, process, and product engineering groups.
- Familiarity with applying AI or data-driven tools to accelerate development cycles preferred.
- Project-management skills sufficient to run small projects or contribute to larger ones.
