Responsibilities

  • Understand NAND device operation, reliability tests, and product qualification requirements.
  • Drive process and device technology development to meet performance and reliability specifications on project timelines.
  • Design process experiments, segment problems, and analyze data using device physics knowledge.
  • Develop and apply AI tools to accelerate learning cycles and advance device solutions.
  • Extract and analyze inline, probe, parametric, and reliability data.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address device and array deficiencies across design, process, and device teams.
  • Apply project-management practices to manage small projects or workstreams within larger projects.
  • Collaborate with product engineering, TCAD, and process-integration teams to improve characterization and define structural specifications.
  • Provide regular project status, risk summaries, actions, and deliverable timelines to global cell and management teams.

Requirements

Must-haves relate to NAND device physics, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional execution.

  • Strong understanding of NAND device operation, reliability testing, and performance/reliability requirements.
  • Experience designing process and device experiments and analyzing results using device-physics principles.
  • Proven ability to extract and interpret inline, probe, parametric, and reliability data.
  • Track record of driving process/device technology development to meet specifications within project timelines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across design, process, and product engineering groups.
  • Familiarity with applying AI or data-driven tools to accelerate development cycles preferred.
  • Project-management skills sufficient to run small projects or contribute to larger ones.
