Role Summary
Senior engineer on the Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for data analytics, systems integration, and process documentation to support wafer manufacturing and foundry operations.
Main responsibilities include building predictive models for wafer demand, cost and cycle-time planning, developing and deploying engineering tape-out systems, maintaining manufacturing process codes in SAP, and creating dashboards and collaboration tools for cross-functional teams and external foundries.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform data analytics and statistical analysis on foundry and semiconductor manufacturing process data.
- Create and maintain process codes and ensure accuracy of purchase order and wafer data in SAP.
- Develop and maintain predictive models for wafer demand forecasting, cost estimation, and cycle-time planning.
- Design, validate, and deploy engineering tape-out systems and integrate them with foundry systems.
- Develop supplier performance dashboards and establish B2B data integration with major foundries.
- Document procedures, policies, and methodologies used in foundry operations.
- Create and maintain collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint/Confluence) to support cross-functional knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in the proffered position or a related occupation using semiconductor technologies and managing manufacturing data.
- Demonstrated expertise performing data and statistical analysis on semiconductor manufacturing process data.
- Demonstrated expertise with Oracle SQL and Python (or comparable languages) to define and measure performance metrics.
- Demonstrated expertise developing predictive models for wafer cost and capacity planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and deploying engineering tape-out and manufacturing systems, including system integration with foundry teams.
- Demonstrated expertise documenting standard manufacturing procedures and maintaining collaboration tools to support cross-functional teams.
