Support development, optimization, and integration of semiconductor processes to improve yield, quality, and manufacturability at GLOBALFOUNDRIES Singapore (Fab 3). Responsibilities

Hands-on engineering to qualify processes, resolve yield issues, and support product introduction.

• Support development and qualification of new processes and integration of additional modules/features.
• Manage new product introduction from tapeout through prototyping.
• Troubleshoot inline measurement and electrical test issues using process and device knowledge.
• Lead yield investigations; identify root causes and drive issue resolution to closure.
• Design and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize process margins.
• Monitor SPC trends and Cpk for critical inline and electrical parameters.
• Perform data analysis and project management to meet integration and yield targets.
• Develop and characterize process modules, test structures, and design rules.
• Build defect source libraries and perform tool defect fingerprinting; run partitioning studies for yield/defect analysis.
• Document processes with failure-mode mitigation and detection plans and drive continuous improvement plans.
