Job Title

Senior Engineer - HBM Verification

Role Summary

Lead pre‑silicon verification for HBM and emerging memory architectures with ownership of end-to-end verification, simulation, analysis, and debug of full‑chip designs that include advanced low‑power and power‑management features.

Work closely with global design and verification teams to develop verification methodology, environments, and flows for advanced memory products.

Experience Level

Senior - the posting specifies 5+ years of pre‑silicon verification experience.

Responsibilities

The role directs verification strategy and executes verification tasks for HBM and emerging memory projects.

  • Set direction and lead verification efforts within assigned projects and technical areas.
  • Simulate, analyze, and debug pre‑silicon full‑chip designs to validate functionality and performance.
  • Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for HBM and emerging memory architectures.
  • Develop and maintain verification methodology, environments, test benches, and test vectors; run regressions and perform coverage analysis.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification flows and cross‑functional solutions.
  • Perform end‑to‑end analysis focusing on power, performance, and bandwidth tradeoffs in complex custom builds.
  • Role excludes finalization of sales agreements, execution or termination of contracts, pricing negotiations, and contract authorization.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.

  • 5+ years of pre‑silicon verification experience.
  • Proficiency establishing and simulating verification environments and running regressions.
  • Strong understanding of digital circuits, simulation, troubleshooting, and evaluation.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide verification efforts.
  • Experience developing test cases/stimuli to improve functional coverage.

Nice-to-have:

  • High‑level understanding of UVM.
  • Knowledge of DFT features, including custom DFT and standard scan chains.
  • Exposure to critical timing and data path timing analysis.
  • Experience owning verification and end‑to‑end analysis of complex full‑chip custom builds with power/performance/bandwidth focus.
  • Experience applying AI for automation of technical and non‑technical processes.

Education Requirements

BE or MTech in Electronics Engineering or related fields (examples: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering). The posting specifies these degrees.
