Responsibilities

The core responsibilities focus on NAND test development, validation, and cross-functional issue resolution.

• Develop and enable alternate test platforms to improve coverage and reduce test cost; implement deterministic and random customer use-case sequences.
• Develop and maintain characterization and qualification test programs based on datasheets and customer specifications.
• Design novel test algorithms and develop test programs to validate NAND features and commands.
• Perform functional and design validation of new NAND on high-speed tester hardware.
• Monitor NAND performance during Assured Quality Level (AQL) testing and during qualification activities.
• Perform electrical failure analysis (EFA), investigate root causes, and collaborate with Design, Application Engineering, Product, and Systems teams to resolve device issues.
• Improve characterization and validation methodologies to support higher data rates and evolving customer requirements.
• Automate program development and workflows; leverage AI and scripting to increase efficiency where appropriate.

• Hands-on experience with high-speed tester hardware and test algorithm implementation.
• Practical experience performing electrical failure analysis and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Experience automating test development and workflows; familiarity with leveraging AI or scripting to improve processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.

Education Requirements
