Role Summary

Work within Global Quality to conduct electrical failure analysis and data analysis of 3D NAND memory devices. Develop and oversee qualification plans, perform risk assessments, and coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to maintain and improve memory reliability.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include qualification planning, test and failure analysis, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination.

• Define and manage NAND qualification plans and facilitate qualification activities.
• Perform qualification test data analysis and risk assessments at decision points in the qualification cycle.
• Perform failure analysis on rejects to identify failure modes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with R&D and Product Engineering to assess and resolve new reliability issues and evaluate customer impact.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, defect classification, and root-cause analysis.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organization skills; ability to multitask and coordinate multiple issues.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and handle pressure professionally.
• Preferred: experience in the semiconductor industry as a QA or Product Engineer; experience in failure analysis.
• Preferred: experience applying AI tools to improve engineering productivity or reporting efficiency.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
