Senior Engineer, DPG Architecture Strategy

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include modeling, verification, and automation for DRAM features and memory systems.

  • Develop LPDRAM state machine models and corresponding validation test benches.
  • Create and refine memory controller models: request scheduling and address mapping.
  • Implement simulation automation and test scripts (Python) to improve methodology and throughput.
  • Implement DRAM technology changes per specification and verify via simulation.
  • Design and execute hardware and software tests; analyze results and recommend design changes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of LPDRAM technology and DRAM state machines.
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory controller design, and cache policies.
  • Experience with simulation methodologies and developing validation test benches.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in system engineering, system integration, or distributed system architectures.
  • Experience producing technical reports, presentations, or white papers.

Education Requirements
