Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and optimize Memory/Logic/Analog circuits, including layout and construction support.
• Perform parasitic modeling and support validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
• Coordinate and manage layout tasks: floor-planning, placement, and routing.
• Execute verification using modeling and simulation with industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate across teams to drive standardization and ensure manufacturability.
• Work with marketing, probe, assembly, test, process integration, and product engineering teams on product delivery.
• Engage with Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design quality.
• Drive innovation for future memory generations.

Requirements

Core technical skills and abilities required:

• Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit development principles.
• Experience with industry-standard simulation and verification tools.
• Familiarity with scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience in memory development or the semiconductor industry.

Education Requirements
