Senior Engineer, Data Solutions Engineering
Role Summary
Responsible for sustaining and operational support of Marvell's enterprise test data analytics platform (Silicon.da), ensuring reliable data flows, high data quality, user support, and timely issue resolution across manufacturing, test, and engineering stakeholders globally.
This is an execution-focused role emphasizing day-to-day operations, incident resolution, and user enablement rather than platform architecture or roadmap ownership.

Responsibilities
Primary operational and support duties for Silicon.da and associated data flows:
- Sustain day-to-day operations of Silicon.da and maintain operational readiness.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve data loading failures and data quality issues across wafer, bump, wafer sort, assembly, final test, and system-level test stages.
- Serve as primary support contact for data-related issues filed via ServiceNow and Slack and respond to platform usage questions.
- Coordinate with OSATs, foundries, internal IT teams, and external vendors to diagnose and remediate data flow and integration issues.
- Track sustainment issues using action trackers and gap analysis documents; drive issues to closure through structured follow-up.
- Participate in recurring sustainment reviews, gap-resolution meetings, and operational alignment discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Support user onboarding, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for Silicon.da users.
- Communicate planned maintenance, system changes, known issues, and operational updates to user communities.
- Develop and maintain sustainment documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting references, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
Key skills and experience required or strongly preferred.
- Must-have: Experience supporting manufacturing, test, or data platforms in a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
- Must-have: Proven ability to debug complex data issues and work across organizational and company boundaries to drive resolution.
- Must-have: Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must-have: Familiarity with support ticket management models.
- Must-have: Experience working with OSATs, foundries, or external vendors in a production environment.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with test data, production data pipelines, or data quality management.
- Preferred: Experience with OptimalPlus, SiliconDash, Silicon.da, or similar enterprise analytics platforms.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
