Role Summary

Develop and integrate embedded and automotive system software on NVIDIA Tegra platforms. Work on platform bring-up, driver porting, feature implementation, and use-case development. Collaborate with customers and hardware teams to optimize designs and provide technical feedback.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and integrate NVIDIA automotive/embedded software on Tegra platforms.
• Design and implement software features, platform bring-up, and driver porting.
• Provide deep technical assistance to customers and partners.
• Collaborate with hardware teams to achieve optimized system designs and provide product/feature feedback.
• Investigate and resolve system-level issues related to camera and display subsystems.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related software or hardware engineering position.
• Proficient in Linux system software.
• Strong C programming skills.
• Experience with camera software stacks or display controller software.
• Experience with embedded systems and ARM processor environments.
• Familiarity with computer system architecture and microprocessor/microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, embedded systems, RTOS).
• Good English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with QNX, Android, device drivers, multimedia pipelines.
• Experience with CUDA, deep learning or AI workloads.
• Strong system-level debugging and problem-solving skills; ability to decompose complex problems.
