Responsibilities
Primary duties include technical leadership in chip design and validation and cross-functional problem solving.
- Lead silicon validation and chip design activities across multiple tape-outs.
- Troubleshoot complex IC design and verification issues throughout the design flow.
- Implement solutions independently in area(s) of expertise without supervision.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors; represent the organization in technical discussions.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and milestones with limited supervision.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to resolve interdisciplinary technical problems.
- Communicate technical findings and negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
- Be available for business travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
