Senior Director, Product Management — ICV DRC Established Nodes Product Strategies
Role Summary
Lead product strategy for Synopsys ICV DRC offerings targeting established process nodes and their integration with advanced nodes in 3D and chiplet designs. Manage and influence a team of technical product managers, work with R&D and sales, and engage industry partners and customers to define product roadmaps and drive adoption.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include product strategy, cross-functional alignment, customer engagement, and enabling sales and R&D for DRC solutions at established nodes:
- Create and execute strategy for ICV DRC solutions for established process nodes, aligned with advanced-node and 3D system requirements.
- Define product requirements and technical collateral in coordination with Executive Directors and product management leadership.
- Coordinate with ICV product management, R&D, and sales to align roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
- Engage and train Technical Sales on DRC differentiation and benchmark strategies.
- Work with strategic customers to embed ICV DRC solutions into design flows across process nodes.
- Advise on development of Process Design Kits (PDKs) and DRC Rule implementations when requested by R&D.
- Drive collaborative initiatives and partnerships to deliver unique DRC solutions for established-node ecosystems.
Requirements
Must-have skills, domain experience, and expectations:
- 20+ years of relevant EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of the semiconductor ecosystem, including Foundry relationships and EDA PDK/DRC functions and rules.
- Proven ability to influence senior management, product teams, and Technical Sales worldwide.
- Established industry relationships within companies focused on established process nodes and their interaction with advanced-node 3D designs.
- Strong leadership and independent execution skills; ability to drive results under time pressure.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet customers and sales teams.
- Nice-to-have: prior public industry thought leadership and experience running cross-company partnership initiatives.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics required. PhD or MBA is desired.
