Senior Director, Product Management - ICV DRC (Established Process Nodes)
Role Summary
Lead and build a product management team responsible for Synopsys ICV DRC strategy and solutions for established process nodes, with emphasis on the 3D and chiplet ecosystem. The role drives product requirements, PDK development processes, cross-functional alignment with R&D, sales and ecosystem partners, and industry engagement to accelerate adoption of ICV DRC in established-node designs.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include defining strategy, building the team, and coordinating cross-functional execution.
- Define and execute product strategy for ICV DRC focused on established process nodes and the 3D/chiplet market.
- Create and manage a product management team that specifies requirements and technical collateral for established-node DRC solutions.
- Establish processes and a team to develop and QA DRC PDKs for established process nodes, including leveraging AI techniques to scale PDK derivations.
- Coordinate with ICV product management, R&D, sales, and the ecosystem team to align roadmaps and release schedules for PDKs and product features.
- Drive collaborative initiatives and partnerships that produce differentiated DRC solutions for the market.
- Represent Synopsys in industry engagements and presentations to strengthen thought leadership and customer relationships.
- Support sales in complex partnership and business discussions to enable market adoption.
Requirements
Must-have skills, domain experience, and leadership capabilities.
- 20+ years of EDA/semiconductor product management and marketing experience, with demonstrated senior leadership.
- Deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, foundry relationships, and DRC rule development and deployment workflows.
- Proven ability to build and lead product management teams that collaborate with global product, engineering, and sales organizations.
- Established industry relationships within the established-node ecosystem (foundries, fabless, IP providers).
- Strong executive influence and stakeholder management skills; able to work with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Track record of delivering results under time pressure; excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted methods for development and QA of PDKs is desirable.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Device Physics required; PhD or MBA is desired.
