Senior DFT Power Methodology Engineer
Lead development of DFT power, thermal and voltage-noise methodologies for datacenter GPUs. Build low-power and thermal test solutions, perform post-silicon power analysis, and deploy ML/GenAI-enabled DFT techniques in collaboration with product and power-architecture teams.
Senior β requires substantial experience. Typical guidance: BSEE +12 years, MSEE +10 years, or PhD +6 years in DFT design and power (see Education Requirements).
