Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Define, develop and release bipolar transistor products.
- Serve as product designer/architect to drive device performance and specifications.
- Lead small to medium product creation or optimization projects.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking of products and technologies.
- Build and maintain an internal competency network and collaborate across teams.
- Provide technical mentorship to less experienced engineers.
Requirements
Key skills and attributes:
- 3+ years professional experience in semiconductor device development (depending on degree).
- Practical knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor manufacturing technology.
- Strong team orientation and drive to achieve results.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Nice to have: Fluency in English and German.
Education Requirements
