Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include developing test automation, operating lab runs, and converting results into reliable data products.
- Design, implement, and maintain Python-based test automation for regression and characterization.
- Drive lab equipment and devices under test via software interfaces (e.g., gRPC, serial).
- Ingest, store, and maintain test results in Elasticsearch and relational databases.
- Clean, preprocess, and perform exploratory data analysis on large test datasets.
- Build dashboards and visualizations (Kibana and similar) and summarize findings for engineers.
- Debug failures across test software, lab runs, and data pipelines; ensure end-to-end reliability.
- Review code, document setups, and ensure reproducibility of test results.
