The Senior Design Verification Engineer will develop and execute verification strategies for high-density DRAM and emerging memory products at chip and block levels. The role works within a global design and verification team to ensure functionality, performance, and low-power behavior through comprehensive verification and tool/flow development.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include planning and executing verification activities, developing test infrastructure, and driving issue resolution.

• Develop and implement verification plans from functional specifications and architectural requirements.
• Design and maintain testbenches and test vectors for digital and analog simulation environments.
• Debug failures, manage bug tracking, and drive coverage closure.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop new verification tools and flows.
• Mentor early-career engineers and lead verification projects.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design.
• Proficiency with mixed-signal verification and simulation tools (examples: HSPICE, Verilog HDL, FINESIM).
• Knowledge of verification languages and methodologies (SystemVerilog and UVM or equivalent).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.).
• Leadership or project management experience in verification projects.

Education Requirements

BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
