Senior Design Verification Engineer

Role Summary

Validate analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit designs before mask generation and production. The role verifies adherence to design rules and specifications using simulation, lab testing, and analysis to confirm functional and reliability requirements.

Work is performed within TI's product development organization in Bengaluru; the role typically operates independently from the original design team to provide objective verification results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Primary verification and validation tasks for analog and mixed-signal devices.

• Plan and execute verification activities to confirm design correctness before pattern generation/mask development.
• Run software simulations and laboratory experiments; analyze results against specifications.
• Verify adherence to design rules, procedures, and best practices; document deviations and recommended fixes.
• Select test components and equipment based on specification analysis and reliability needs.
• Evaluate vendor capability to support product development when required.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must-have: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in design verification, testing, or validation of electronic circuits or systems.

Education Requirements
