Role Summary
As a Senior Design Engineer in the Design Engineering Group (DEG), you will design and verify block-level circuits for DRAM products and support correlation between silicon and simulation. You will collaborate with global design, verification, process integration, and product teams to deliver circuit implementations and post-layout guidance.

Responsibilities

- Nice-to-have: 3+ years of circuit debugging experience with cross-functional teams.
- Nice-to-have: Strong experience with UNIX and the Cadence design environment (schematic, simulation, SPF extraction).
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Synopsys tools.
