Senior Chip Design Verification Engineer
Role Summary
Join NVIDIA's Chip Design group as a senior verification engineer focused on performance and power-management IPs. You will work on RTL verification, build reference models, and validate that designs meet functional, performance and power targets while collaborating closely with design and architecture teams.
Experience Level
Senior β minimum 5 years of RTL verification experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute RTL verification plans and testbenches for performance and power-management IPs.
- Design and implement reference models and simulations to validate functionality and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Micro-Architecture and Design teams to refine specifications and resolve issues.
- Debug RTL and verification environments; analyze results and report coverage and quality metrics.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on RTL verification experience.
- Deep experience with SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience verifying performance and power-management related IPs.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience building reference models for performance and power analysis.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
