Role Summary
Join NVIDIA Networking's Switch Silicon group to design and implement switch silicon core units. The role focuses on RTL design and verification, modeling, simulation and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-performance networking silicon.
Experience Level
Senior — 4+ years of relevant chip design or verification experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Work in a combined design and verification team developing switch silicon core units.
- Build reference models and verify and simulate chip blocks/entities to specification.
- Collaborate closely with Architecture, Micro-Architecture and Firmware teams.
- Participate in design reviews, debug issues, and support integration and bring-up activities.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in RTL design or RTL verification.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in chip design or verification.
- Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills.
- Previous networking experience is an advantage (nice-to-have).
Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
