Role Summary
Develop and maintain infrastructure tools that automate and support chip design and verification workflows. Build high-performance, reliable software used by architecture, RTL, and gate‑level design teams.
Experience Level
Senior — requires 8+ years of software development experience.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include:
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, high-performance software used by engineering teams worldwide.
- Develop tools in C++ and/or Golang to analyze and construct chip designs described in C++, Verilog, or domain-specific languages.
- Research and deliver software solutions that increase efficiency across architecture, hardware, and software teams.
- Optimize developer workflows for chip modelers and designers and improve automation for build and verification processes.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
- Strong experience with C++ or Golang and Unix/Linux environments.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, computer architecture, and computer science theory.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate in a global, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-have:
- Background in compiler development and AST analysis.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQLite.
- Demonstrated engineering ownership and passion for building tools.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
