Senior C++ Software Engineer

Role Summary

Develop and maintain infrastructure tools that automate and support chip design and verification workflows. Build high-performance, reliable software used by architecture, RTL, and gate‑level design teams.

Experience Level

Senior — requires 8+ years of software development experience.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, high-performance software used by engineering teams worldwide.
  • Develop tools in C++ and/or Golang to analyze and construct chip designs described in C++, Verilog, or domain-specific languages.
  • Research and deliver software solutions that increase efficiency across architecture, hardware, and software teams.
  • Optimize developer workflows for chip modelers and designers and improve automation for build and verification processes.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

  • Strong experience with C++ or Golang and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, computer architecture, and computer science theory.
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate in a global, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in compiler development and AST analysis.
  • Experience with relational databases such as SQLite.
  • Demonstrated engineering ownership and passion for building tools.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
