Role Summary

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include feature design, implementation, performance analysis, and cross-functional delivery.
- Design and implement software features for NVIDIA NIC and DPU platforms.
- Develop and maintain tools, libraries, and reference applications for monitoring, debugging, and performance analysis across host and DPU environments.
- Profile and improve system performance across hardware and software stacks; identify and remove bottlenecks to optimize throughput, latency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to offload and acceleration capabilities for advanced networking and data‑processing use cases.
- Lead development of large features or projects and guide architecture and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate with architecture, firmware, hardware, validation, and software teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Present design and architectural decisions to peers and management; report progress and risks.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on C/C++ software development experience working on system-level or networking code.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system and/or embedded systems.
- Proven ability to inspect, improve, and maintain large codebases; strong debugging skills for complex system-level issues.
- Experience delivering high-quality software and leading development efforts across multiple teams; familiarity with Agile practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in development workflows.
- Ability to analyze system-level trade-offs and deliver well-optimized, practical solutions.
