Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and optimize EDA software solutions for chip, board, and system design applications.
• Translate customer requirements into robust technical implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform technical analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex design challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise across the team.
• Work within agile development cycles and deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Must-have:

• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of modeling or mathematical modeling techniques.
• Experience developing or maintaining complex software architecture and algorithms.
• 5+ years professional experience in EDA software development or a related engineering domain.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of circuit analysis, algebra, and calculus.
• Familiarity with VHDL-AMS or Verilog-AMS.
• Bash scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with Java.
• Prior exposure to EDA products, objects, and principles.

Education Requirements

PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent professional experience.
