Senior ATE Test Development Engineer, Digital
Develop and deploy Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test programs and methods for digital SoC products to support silicon validation, characterization, and manufacturing enablement. Provide test solutions through New Product Introduction and production phases.
Work closely with design, DFT, process, product, and manufacturing teams to analyze test data, debug failures, and improve test coverage and yield.
Senior. Typical background: 3+ years as a test or hardware engineer (ATE/production test). Master's degree with 1+ year or a PhD may also qualify per company minimums.
